Student Leadership – Handover Assembly
Earlier today, our annual Student Leadership Handover Assembly was held. This assembly is always a bitter-sweet time as with the excitement of announcing our newly appointed Student Leadership Team also comes the sadness of farewelling our outgoing Prefects and Captains.
I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the Shelford Community to formally thank our 2023 Prefects and Captains. The Student Leadership Team has worked enthusiastically and tirelessly to serve our School and I am indebted to them for their efforts. I have enjoyed working with the Prefects and I know that our Staff Mentors have also enjoyed working with the wider Team of Captains. I am thrilled that many of their initiatives will undoubtedly continue long after they leave Shelford.
