HOCKEY
An exceptionally successful hockey season ended on Saturday night with a lovely presentation dinner for 150 people. My thanks to all the coaches, players, managers and parents for their support this year.
Well done to the U16s Red team on their premiership and congratulations to the U16s Gold, Division 4 Foxes and A Grade woman teams on reaching their grand finals.
We had a number of our students recognised for their commitment to umpiring this season including Jack Jarvis, Charlie Hawthorne, Tom Templeton, Ciaron Nelson, Izaac Shaw, Emily McNaughton and Oliva Read.
Special congratulations to our students who polled well in the Association Best and Fairest. Harry Brown, Tom Templeton, Izzac Shaw, Emma Robertson and Lachlan Reid. The future of College hockey looks very bright!

17 & Under Girls Cricket
WE NEED YOU
Mrs Williams is currently seeking interested girls to participate in 17 and Under Girls' Cricket, this season, be played on a Wednesday after school (around 4:30 to 7pm) There are currently four teams in the competition - five if we get a College team. Training would be on Mondays after school.
If you are/ have been/ want to be a cricketer, for further information or to register your interest, please contact Mrs. Williams and/or Xar Christie-Hill ASAP.
NETBALL
Congratulations to a number of College students who made it to finals and grand finals recently in the Southwest District and the Mininera Football Netball Leagues. There were quite a few girls who walked away with premiership medals, but we congratulate all netballers on their efforts across the 2023 season.
Of special note were the League Best and Fairest wins for Mia Ritchie (17 & U Mininera League) and Isla McClure (13& U Southwest District Football League). Congratulations!
Best wishes to those who are heading into Hampden League grand finals in the holidays.
Term 4 netball teams have now been registered – please remember that there will registration payments to be made at the end of September (via the Netball Connect App –Hamilton and District Netball Association) and that the competition begins on 7 October.
It’s not too late to register for the Netball Victoria Community Clinic in Hamilton during the upcoming September school holidays.

ATTENTION BASKETBALL PLAYERS
Coleraine Amateur Basketball Association is looking for anyone who is interested in playing basketball this year. We are looking for names for u14’s, u17’s, seniors (Mixed) and Expressions of Interest for a Women’s only competition. Please leave your name, age and contact number at the Catching Pen, Cambos or Mobil in Coleraine or by text to Hayley Rigby 0457 342 147.
The competition is traditionally played on Monday evenings at The Coleraine Stadium, with season running from early November to mid-March. School holidays off.
