Year 3-6 Athletics Carnival

We held our Year 3-6 Athletics Carnival last Friday 8 September, and we were lucky to be blessed with lovely weather, which contributed to the vibrant and lively atmosphere on the day. 

We are delighted to report that student participation was excellent this year, and it was pleasing to see students supporting their Houses—and each other, as they cheered and chanted from the grandstands. 

All students displayed tremendous sportswomanship, pride, determination and enthusiasm as they competed in an array of track and field events. Particularly exciting was the number of personal bests achieved and new records set.

Well done to our students and a huge thank you to the Junior School Sports department for organising such a fun and successful event, and to our wonderful parent volunteers for their valuable assistance on the day.  

House points are being tallied with the final results to be reported in the next Fountain newsletter. Watch this space!
