Year 12 Student Councillors for 2026

This week, we announced the Year 12 Student Councillors for 2026, elected by the Year 11 cohort and staff. Congratulations to the following students on their appointment:
Shaelea Parker
Walk for Reconciliation
Later this term, on 30th October, the College will participate in the Walk for Reconciliation in Bunbury. This important event acknowledges the shared history of Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Australians and promotes respect, unity and understanding. The day will include cultural performances, art and music. Students interested in attending are encouraged to speak with Mr Swallow.
Outdoor Afternoon Tea
This term, students will have the opportunity, on selected days, to enjoy their afternoon tea outside while listening to music and soaking up the sunshine. This week, students had their first outdoor afternoon tea, with music and a variety of games adding to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
School Nurse Update
Our wonderful School Health Nurse, Shelley, has taken a six-month secondment to Tom Price. We wish her all the very best in this new opportunity and look forward to welcoming her back to the College soon.
Students who wish to see a different School Health Nurse during this time can still do so by appointment—just speak to me to arrange a time.
School Chaplain Update
I am pleased to announce that our School Chaplain, Emma, will be increasing her time at the College to two days per week this term. We are confident this will have a positive impact on the well-being and support available to our students.
Have a safe and enjoyable weekend.
