  • Spot Online Pressures: how to identify and address signs of cyberbullying or social stress.
  • Support Digital Connections: strategies you can use to help teens develop safe, meaningful friendships in the digital space.

If you can't make this session live, don't stress: we'll send out the recording and any relevant supporting resources to all registrants the day after the session.

The Social Media Age Restriction Bill

The Social Media Age Restriction Bill, coming into effect on 10th December 2025, aims to protect young Australians from harm online by restricting users under the age of 16 from signing up to an account on a range of social media apps and platforms. ClickView has taken several actions to support educators to be on the front foot in navigating this important time for their colleagues, students and parents. We also want to ensure you can rely on ClickView as your safe source for safe, curriculum-aligned videos and resources.

  • The Social Media Delay - you will find our newly curated topic answers questions on why this law has come about, what the impact will be, and how students can continue to keep themselves safe online.

  • The Social Media Trap series - This new ClickView-produced series looks at our relationship with social media from multiple angles, featuring interviews with experts from the Center for Humane Technology, Brown University, and Stanford University, as well as insight from young social media users.

  • Navigating the Social Media Delay Crossroads webinar - our expert panel bring decades of experience in psychology, online safety, and education leadership. Together they share practical strategies to help schools respond confidently to the social media delay.

  • How to Request a Video to be Added to ClickView - if there are specific YouTube clips your teachers rely on, you can directly add the details using our in-platform Give Feedback button. We will vet the videos to check they align with our content standards before reaching out to the series provider, so your most used resources remain accessible and compliant as restrictions come into effect.
