The Stand Up Project:
Thank you to all families who took the time to come to our parent information session here at school! It was such a success and it was great to see our SUP leaders share and be involved! We are very excited to be commencing our SUP work beginning term 3 and we will let you know of all the great things that will be happening!

NAIDOC WEEK:
National NAIDOC Week 2025 runs from 6-13 July and marks 50 years of honoring and elevating Indigenous voices, culture, and resilience. The 2025 theme is The Next Generation: Strength, Vision and Legacy. It celebrates past achievements and the bright future ahead, empowered by our young leaders, the vision of our communities, and the legacy of our ancestors.
Word of the week!
It has been amazing hearing feedback from the children around having a word of the day. They seemed to have enjoyed it and have asked if it can continue!
With this, I will be posting a work of the WEEK. This is to encourage the use of our local language within our school 🙂
Word of the week: Ngarrimili (na-ra-mi-li) To Dance
Please use this when you can and encourage others to use it.
National reconciliation week design winners:
What an outstanding amount of work the children put in for this design and colouring competition! Thank you to those families who supported their children in completing this. The winners were announced at our recent assembly for Grades 3-6.
All winners' pictures will be displayed on the gym window :)
