School Saving Bonus update (SSB)

The School Saving Bonus parent/carer online system is closing, but you will not lose your unspent funds! 

If you have unused vouchers for Beleza they will expire and the value re-credited to your SSB funds. 

You can continue to use the SSB portal to allocate to school activities until Monday 30 June 2025 when the parent/carer online system will close.

All unused SSB funds will revert to a school activities credit on your child’s account at school.  Please do not feel there is a need to rush to use your remaining SSB funds before next Monday.  They will continue to be available for camps, excursions and other activities at Buninyong Primary School as well as use at our onsite uniform shop.  If your child transfers to another Victorian state school any remaining funds at that time will be transferred for you to use at the new school.

Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF)

If you hold a valid means-tested Centrelink concession card, or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF which, for primary school students in 2025 is $154.00. 

If you received CSEF at Buninyong Primary School in 2024 there is no need to re-apply this year. If, however, you are new to Buninyong or you have been issued a new concession card over the last 12 months it will be necessary for you to lodge an application form.

CSEF applications close on the last day of this term, Friday 4 July 2025.
