Your P&C - Fostering cooperation and engagement between parents/carers and school.

Dear Parents and Carers,

I hope everyone is keeping warm as we make our way through the winter months.

The P&C is now preparing for our Term 3 events, and we would love to have as many parents and carers involved as possible to help make these events a success. Please keep an eye out for messages through the various school-related communication channels for more information about upcoming events and opportunities to sign up as a volunteer. Whether you can help for an hour or take on a bigger role, every contribution is greatly appreciated.

As we start looking ahead to 2027, the current P&C team will also be actively seeking community members who are interested in joining the P&C committee. We know that some of our existing committee members will be rolling off as their children finish Year 6, so we would love to welcome new volunteers to help continue the work of the P&C. If you have ever considered getting involved, now is a great time to have a chat with us!

A reminder that you do not need to be a P&C member to attend our monthly meetings, but you do need to be a member to vote on meeting motions, including funding decisions. To become a member, please register here:

https://chatswoodpublicpandc.org.au/member-registration/

The annual membership fee is just $1.50 for an individual or $2.50 for a couple.

Our next monthly P&C meeting will be held on Tuesday, 25 August at 7:30pm via Zoom. We encourage all parents and carers to join us to hear the latest updates from the school executive team and the P&C.

Thank you for your continued support, and stay warm!

Regards,

Brian Chiu
