Each year in February, we hold our School Council elections. The timeline for this year's election is as follows:
| Notice of election and call for nominations | Monday 10th February 2025 |
| Closing date for nominations | Monday 17th February 2025 |
| Date by which the list of candidates and nominators will be posted | Wednesday 19th February 2025 |
| Date by which ballot papers will be prepared and distributed | On or before Monday 24th February 2025 |
| Close of ballot | Monday 3rd March 2025 |
| Vote count | Tuesday 4th March 2025 |
| Declaration of poll | Wednesday 5th March 2025 |
| Special council meeting to co-opt community members (the principal will preside) | Wednesday 19th March 2025 |
| First council meeting to elect office bearers (the principal will preside) | Wednesday 19th March 2025 |

The next School Council meeting is Wednesday 19th February at 7.30pm
The dates of the next Committee meetings are as follows:
Buildings, Grounds and Sustainability: Thursday 13th February - 6.30pm
Finance: Monday 17th February - 6.30pm
Parent Association: Thursday 20th February - 7.15pm
Community Voice: Monday 24th February - 6.30pm (Parent Volunteer Forum)
