Event wrap up: Mother’s Day Morning Tea
A big thank you to all the helpers who assisted the PFA in hosting the Mother’s Day Morning Tea: Tim, Ren, Matthew, Martin and Octavia, Russ and Andy. There was a fantastic vibe once again in the school hall where many mums and kids were able to enjoy the delicious variety of sweet and savoury delights. A big thank you for the huge donation of food from Bakers Delight Kyneton for all the pasties, Bourkies Bakehouse Woodend for the mini cupcakes, and Coles Woodend for the tea and gluten-free cakes. We could not have provided such a variety and amount of food without their contributions. Many thanks.
We also raised just over $44 to contribute to Bakers Delight Kyneton’s annual Breast Cancer Network Australia fundraiser. Thanks to all! - Andy (PFA)
WPS Kids Disco - Friday 27th June
It’s back!! After the great success of 2024, WPS DISCO is back with another fun-filled night for 2025!
Get your dancing shoes on because Friday June 27 is WPS’s SCHOOL DISCO!!
Prep-2 : 3.30- 4.45pm
Yrs 3-6 : 5.15 -6.30 pm
Tickets are only $3.50 and include a juice box and fruit platter.
Get your tickets on Compass by Wednesday June 25 at 4 pm (no late sales)

Carlsruhe Fair Coordinator
I know what you’re thinking - the Carlsruhe Fair isn’t happening until 2026. But we need to get going with the organising, and are looking for someone keen to be the coordinator - it could be you! If you have any questions about the role, or would like to put your hand up, please reach out to us at wpspfa@gmail.com.

WPS Parents and Friends Association (PFA) Monthly Meeting
Calling all families - we would love to welcome you to our Parents and Friends group. We are a friendly bunch of parents who meet monthly to arrange school fundraising activities and social events and would love you to join us.
Our next meeting is on Tuesday 3rd June at Holgates: 7pm for dinner and 7.30pm meeting. Come along and help us plan some fantastic events for the rest of the 2025 school year. The only thing you need is a willingness to help out our school community.
