ANZAC Prayer Service

On Thursday 24th April, our whole school gathered on the quadrangle after lunch for a special ANZAC Day service, led by 5LB. The students shared with the school the significance of ANZAC Day, helping us reflect on the sacrifices made by those who served our country. They also shared a powerful reading from the Gospel of John (15:9-13), reminding us of the words, "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends."
The service included prayers of the faithful, a minute’s silence, and the playing of the Last Post followed by the Reveille. It was a moving and memorable experience for all, and we commend our students for the reverence and respect they showed during this important moment of remembrance.
Lest we forget.
