Victorian Premiers' Reading Challenge

The Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge 2025 is now in full swing across our school, with students eagerly diving into a wide range of books to build their love of reading. A special spotlight goes to our enthusiastic Year 3 readers, who have made a fantastic start—thanks in no small part to Emmelyn (6B) and Matilda (6E).

These two Year 6 leaders visited the Year 3 classrooms recently to introduce the students to the VPRC app, demonstrating how to log their reading and track their progress throughout the challenge. Their clear explanations, encouragement, and leadership made a big impact, inspiring younger students to get involved and stay motivated.

We are so proud of the way our older students are supporting and mentoring others—it truly reflects the spirit of our school community. Let’s keep the momentum going as we work towards a successful and enjoyable Reading Challenge!
