Hello from our students and teachers
Respect, Responsibility and Kindness
To start off the term, students in Grade 5/6 enjoyed a day in Echuca at the Twisted Science Centre. The day was a great chance for students to learn more about what types of materials conduct electricity, how they can make pathways and design circuits that move electricity and what a current is and all about static electricity. We were also able to explore the Twisted Science Centre and had a fantastic day overall.
In wriitng sessions we spent the first four weeks writing poetry. Students were given an example each day and were expected to folllow the structure. We had a great time writing and producing a range of different poems in class. Check out some of the amazing examples of our work below.
Our Grade 5 and 6 students have been diving into the exciting world of algebra, and it’s been a blast! While algebra may sound like a big word, the students are discovering that it’s not just about solving equations – it’s all about using patterns, solving puzzles, and thinking creatively! Here we all are solving different agebraic equations in class.
