Education Week:  10th August - 14th August

Dear Parents Carers,

We are excited to remind you about MPS Education Week, running from Monday, 10th August to Friday, 14th August. We invite you to join us for an Open Afternoon on Thursday, 13th August, where you can view your child's work and explore various areas of the school in celebration of this special week, including our STEM Lab, Gym, Library, and Art Room. Every student will have their own MPS Education Week Passport to get stamped after visiting learning spaces.

Additionally,  teachers will be taking their students to our fabulous kitchen for a fun cooking session. Perhaps you’ll see lamingtons inspired by Possum Magic or a sprinkle of magic on fairy bread.

Please encourage your child to participate in our exciting competitions for a chance to win a prize. Students can guess their teachers' favorite childhood book, write a poem, or solve the daily riddle. Look out for the entry forms brought home by your child this week.

Don’t miss our Book Day Parade on Friday, 14th August at 9:15 AM in the Gym. You will witness a colourful display as staff and students dress up as their favorite book characters. Each class will have the opportunity to showcase their costumes to celebrate a week full of learning.

To wrap up the week, students will enjoy a special lunch on the Friday. Please keep an eye out for the lunch order notice.
