100 DAYS of FOUNDATION

On Friday 31 July, our Foundation students and their teachers celebrated a very special milestone — 100 Days of School! The day was filled with fun as students and teachers dressed up as 100-year-olds, complete with grey hair, glasses, and walking canes, ready to celebrate a century of learning.

Throughout the day, learning activities centred around the magic number 100, with students counting, creating, and exploring all things "100." The celebrations continued with a delicious hot chips lunch, followed by a special 100 Days of Foundation cake (thank you Ms Reanna who baked this delicious cake!) and song shared together as a class.

To top off this wonderful achievement, each Foundation student was presented with a 100 Days of School and Learning certificate, awarded personally by me — recognising each students hard work, growth, and enthusiasm for learning since the start of the year.

Congratulations to our amazing Foundation students on reaching this fantastic milestone — here's to the rest of 2026 learning and fun!

FOUNDATION 2027 ENROLMENTS OPEN

We are now taking enrolments for our 2027 Foundation classes! If you have family, friends, or neighbours with a child starting school next year, please encourage them to enrol soon.

At Meadows Primary School, we pride ourselves on being a genuinely inclusive and welcoming school community, where every child is known, valued, and supported to thrive. We believe that strong partnerships between home and school are at the heart of every child's success, and we work closely with families to ensure they feel connected, informed, and involved every step of the way. It's this sense of belonging and collaboration that truly sets us apart.

School tours are available by appointment — simply call the school on (03) 9309 2573 to arrange a time.

We're also excited to offer our "Launching into Learning" program, supporting the transition from kinder to Foundation at MPS. Running in Term 4, this program includes five orientation sessions, with dates and times to be confirmed shortly. Please note, this program is only available to students enrolled to start school in 2027.

While students take part in the program, parents will be invited to attend their own information sessions throughout its duration.

Don't miss out — enrol your child today, and be sure to spread the word to family and friends too! For enquiries, call us on (03) 9309 2573.
