Our Strategy for Public Education

Over the past year staff at Uraidla Primary School have been familiarising ourselves with the new strategy for public education. 

Our new strategy consists of

• Public Education Purpose
• Areas of Impact and descriptors
• Levers for Impact (People and system levers)
• Guiding Principles
• Measuring Success

Our staff have engaged closely with the Areas of Impact which include Wellbeing, Equity and Excellence, Learner Agency and Effective Learners. Staff have been collaborating and discussing what areas we feel are established at a whole site level, a classroom level or areas that require development. 

This new learning for staff is in preparation for our site's new Site Learning Plan which will be created with staff for the remainder of 2024 ready for 2025.
