We’re on an exciting mission to collect more incredible recipes from our talented students and families for our Surfside Cookbook!

This year, we’re expanding our 2023 edition, and we want your favorite dishes to shine. Just think about your special recipe being enjoyed by friends, family, and teachers!

We need YOUR help to make this happen. By sharing your beloved recipe and the story behind it, you’re not just contributing a dish – you’re sharing a piece of your culinary journey.

We are proud to run the Intensive Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program, where students sow, harvest, prepare, and share seasonal organic produce each week.

Since our first cookbook edition in 2013, we’ve been updating it with new recipes from our kitchen adventures. Now, we have three fantastic editions:

  • Fresh Food Kitchen 'Sweets and Starts' Cookbook
  • Fresh Food Kitchen 'Mains and Sides' Cookbook
  • Fresh Food Kitchen FAMILY FAVOURITES/STUDENT EDITION Cookbook

These cookbooks will be available for families to purchase very soon, with all proceeds going toward new equipment for our kitchen garden program.
