NAPLAN 2024

We received our NAPLAN results recently, and our students in both Years 3 and 5 have performed well above the national average in all areas. This is wonderful news and reflects the work of our teachers to ensure student learning growth is the focus of their daily work. 

 

Some great results from 2024 NAPLAN Data is shown below in the graphs. Our school is the green line that shows growth in the following areas.

ICAS 2024

Several students participated in the optional International Competitions and Assessments for Schools (ICAS) in English and Mathematics. 

 

We are proud to present in the English Assessment: Samuel Veltman (Yr 3) Credit, Mirabel Carr (Yr 4) Credit and 

Archer Tsang (Yr 4) Credit. 

 

In the Mathematics Assessment: Samuel Veltman (Yr 3) Merit, Archer Tsang (Yr 4) Credit, 

Gregory Moutopoulos (Yr 6) Merit and

Callum Wilson (Yr 6) Distinction. 


NSW Police Legacy Child Safety Handbook

The “NSW Police Legacy Child Safety Handbook” is a comprehensive and free resource to assist parents and carers on a range of topics essential to child safety.

Australian Mathematics Competition

All students from Years 3-6 for the first time were able to sit for the Australian Mathematics Competition on Tuesday 6th August. There were several students that recieved different results being proficient, participation, credit and distinction. Congratulations to the following students who recieved Credit and Distinction results.

Thank you to the P&F for organising and donating weekend time to cook and serve a Democracy Sausage Sizzle and Cake stall. It was great to see community spirit and children enjoying the day.
