A big congratulations to our raffle prize winners!
The raffle was drawn on Wednesday, 6 December and all winners have been contacted by phone and email.
We want to thank everyone who purchased tickets, the school for assisting with prize distribution and communications, but also to the massive list of local businesses who have so generously donated all of the wonderful prizes worth over $5000!

Wow, what a week or two!
A huge thank you to our canteen ladies for accommodating our Year 6 World tour on Friday, 1 December. An array of cuisines were served up by 9.30am which was a massive task. With help from volunteers and school staff, our students had lots of fun and learnt lots along the way. Thank you ladies!
Our Term 4 disco’s were a success with close to 300 students attending our Summer Holidays themed afternoons. Thank you to DJ Wayne, our school staff and our volunteers for making this happen.
Our AGM was held on Wednesday, 29 November and we formed a new committee with the exception of the Treasurer position. The future of our canteen and its services is uncertain as we do not have a Treasurer appointed for next year. If you are capable or willing to learn what to do, please contact us as we would love to continue our healthy canteen operations, as well as regular events that all benefit our school and students. If you can transfer funds in your banking app, the rest is easy to learn. Without a treasurer, the P&C and its Healthy Certified Canteen will close next year.
On behalf of the committee and our members, thank you to all of our office bearers for their time over 2023 and previous years for their commitment, time and professionalism. I’m personally very proud of what we have accomplished during this past year and also in the previous years. A great team effort by the committee but also the school community.
Thank you Nick Higgins, Megan Sweet, & Vince Aranda, sincerely for everything you’ve done for our school as office bearers.

Sarah Blaker you’ve been wonderful for our school in every way possible and we appreciate you.
If you want to learn more about what we do, or have any enquiries, please reach out by either calling the school office or emailing us at ofpspc@gmail.com. Or come along to a meeting. Contrary to popular belief, you won’t be given a job to do. We are a super small, supportive bunch, and we are all there for the same purpose - to make our children’s schooling experience the optimum.
My time on the P&C has been so very rewarding and personally very satisfying to know what I’ve helped to contribute towards our fantastic school. Passing on the batten now as my daughter moves onto high school - please, let’s keep this good thing going.
