Mrs Elisa Higgs
Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of our families! You are all so committed to raising wonderful children. In the preschool, each team member has enjoyed listening to, interacting with and teaching your beautiful children. It has been very rewarding to see each child grow and learn throughout the year. Many of the children have learned to write their own name, to listen to a story and to draw detailed pictures.
The children have been involved in activities about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. They have been building, painting, counting, discussing letter sounds and singing a variety of songs. The dedication and hard work of Mrs Kirchmajer has extended the children's knowledge and understanding of movement and music. The children have gained many skills in working cooperatively with others too. Feeding the chickens our scraps, recycling and reducing our use of paper have supported the children to look after the environment.
It has been a pleasure for all educators to be a part of the children's curious exploration, commitment to learning, questions and discussions and play. We wish everyone a successful and happy 2024!
Happy Holidays!
