Transition Day

Yesterday, we had our Grade 6 Transition Day for our incoming 2024 Year 7 students. It was lovely to welcome all the new faces and give them a little taste of some of the awesome things they will get up to next year.

Split into three groups, the students undertook a science experiment, dabbled in a little Christmas related art and became familiar with our Food Tech kitchen, where they decorated Christmas biscuits. All the while, students were familiarising themselves with the location of different rooms and facilities.

During the afternoon, students participated in 'The Amazing Race', before being treated to a nice, cold Zooper Dooper for their efforts. We hope all our new students enjoyed the day and are looking forward to becoming part of BSC next year.
