YEAR 10-12 NEWS

Term 4

Year 10

Year 10

The year 10s finished up their year with ECP (early commencement program) – starting their year 11 classes. The VCE students started strong – with classes getting straight into the content and beginning work for next year. The VM and VPC students started their journey by raising money for the Salvation Army Christmas appeal – by running a BBQ, bake sale and fun activities for students.

Overall, the year 10s finished their year strong, setting themselves up for a great 2024!

Year 12

Congratulations to all the VCE students on their VCE results this week, especially those who worked hard to get the ATAR they needed for their university preferences. We got some very good results across the college including some great yr 11 student results. Well done!

Congratulations to the DUX of VCE, Amanda, well done and well deserved for many years of hard work.

I don't want to single out any other students for their results, however I do wish to mention Dima, who was such a great inspiration with her back story that even the ABC radio wanted to interview her.

Finally, to all the students in year 12, VCE, VM and Academy, it has been a great year and although we may have had a few ups and downs, (mostly ups!) you should all be proud of your success and achievements.

From all the yr 12 team, congratulations and good luck with your future plans!

And if you want a chat – just pop in and see us – we are here if you need us!
