2024 Asthma Requirements

As part of our Duty of Care, Good Shepherd requires all students who have stated they require a puffer/spacer at school, to bring these items to the Front Office for storage and administration. We ask for this as any medication that a student takes whilst on site needs to be recorded.

Please ensure an up-to-date Action Plan is presented with the named medication on the first day of school to the Front Office. Blank Asthma Action Plans can be found on the Parent Lounge under the 'School Links' tab.

Lunch Time Club Timetable

Please see the Term 4 Lunchtime Club timetable attachment below. It shows students and families what’s on at lunch time.

We would encourage you to use this to help your child reflect on their day and talk about what they played and who they played with at lunch time. It can also be a great tool to use to help your child plan their lunch time, if they are looking for options to connect with their peers in places other than the playground. If you would like a paper copy, please see the Front Office and they will be able to print one for your family. Thank you for all your support in making these clubs happen. It is very much appreciated.

Blessings,

Kate

Dental Care for Children

Children’s oral health is important. Unfortunately, dental decay is still a significant problem for many South Australian children. Dental decay can affect a child’s wellbeing and quality of life. It can lead to pain and many lost hours at school – however it is also a preventable disease.

All children from 0-18 are welcome to attend SA Dental and there are no out-of-pocket costs for most families.
