Dear Schools of the Junee Shire,

We’re thrilled to invite your students and families to take part in Junee’s Easter Egg Hunt with a twist! This year’s event is an Alternate Reality Game (ARG), blending adventure, storytelling, and fun challenges across Junee Shire.

Meet the Easter Bunny!

The Easter Bunny is on holiday in Junee, enjoying the sights and exploring the town before the big Easter rush. However, there’s a problem—he’s so distracted by all the amazing places to visit that he’s losing his Easter eggs everywhere!

His biggest worry? He’s misplaced his most precious Golden Egg, which magically produces unlimited chocolate eggs. If he doesn’t find it in time, Easter could be in jeopardy!

That’s where the students and the community come in—we need everyone’s help to track down the lost eggs before it’s too late!

How It Works

  • March 31 – April 17, 2025
  • Clues Released Daily – Follow @JuneeYouth on Instagram & Facebook to find out where the CEB has left his eggs.
  • Solve Riddles & Find the Eggs – Eggs are hidden at local attractions, businesses, and public spaces.
  • Snap & Share – Take a photo of found eggs and tag @JuneeYouth on Instagram.
  • Win Prizes! – Find 5 eggs in one week to enter the minor prize draw. The first to find the Golden Egg wins the grand prize!

This is a fantastic opportunity for students to explore local history, problem-solve, and be part of an interactive community event.

We’d love for you to share this with students and parents via newsletters, assemblies, or school updates. If you have any questions, please reach out!
