SAKG

Composting Competition
We welcomed the cooler weather this week and were relieved to be able to spend more time in the garden. We got our hands dirty completing many jobs around the school including topping up the veggie beds with compost, planting hardenbergia along some of the fences, planting peas and broad beans and clearing out the last of the summer crops. It was wonderful to see some students using their initiative to clear away some of the gum leaves that have dropped on the tiger turf - thank you Jack M, Isaac and Austin C.
Have a great break and happy gardening,
Mrs Claire Gilbert
