Konnichiwa, Monty Community!

Year 1 and 2 students have been learning about the Zones of Regulation in Japanese. They learned how to express four different emotions: happy (genki), sad (shiku-shiku), worried (doki-doki) and angry (pun-pun) in Japanese. The students drew pictures of their own faces to represent each emotion. They also made paper puppets to role-play asking, "How are you?" (ogenki desu ka?) with their partners. Everyone enjoyed making the puppets and practicing their newly learned Japanese sentences

Yoku dekita – Well done, everyone!

Have a lovely school holiday!
