Congratulations to Jaxon Sacco of 6S who competed in a trial combine for the Carlton AFL Youth Academy at Caulfield Grammer late last year. He was successful in being selected as 1 of 30 kids aged between 12-16 years to attend the Carlton FC Youth Academy. He’s currently being coached by a selection of Carlton AFL Players each week at Ikon Park and was selected alongside father-son prospects like Eddie Betts's son, Lewie. Jaxon will be competing in an AFL Academy carnival in early April against Collingwood & Richmond's youth academies. 

He also represented Monty Primary at the trial for the Northern Metropolitan Region AFL Team, along with Asher Marganis & Riley McAleer last Tuesday. Jaxon has been successful in being selected in the top 18 players to progress to the next stage of trials in May. We are so proud of you Jaxon and we cannot wait to see what your bright future in AFL holds!
