Primary Students Attend Matilda JR.

Before the public opening night on Friday, students from Years 4, 5 and 6 from the Catholic primary schools across the Western Deanery attended a preview of Matilda JR. on Thursday 14th August.

The St Stephen’s students and staff have been working their magic since last year to prepare for our first ever musical performance. The dedication to their acting, singing, dancing as well as all of the technical aspects of the show, shone through to tell the story of a little girl with a lot of courage. There was an electric atmosphere as more than 400 students poured into the Holy Spirit Centre which had been transformed into a theatre.
