Now open: Art Auction works, volunteer roster, wristbands for rides

This year’s Spring Magic Market (SMM) is on Saturday 13 September, 2–8 pm.

With six weeks to go, the market team is excited to open up some key submissions and callouts to make the SMM another success.

Volunteer roster open

Volunteer opportunities for the SMM are now open via this online form:

Please add your name to a shift, and remember that childcare will be available with OSHC. Thank you to all our volunteers – we absolutely couldn’t run the show without you!

Art Auction submissions open

The SMM Art Auction coordinators are now accepting donations of artwork. Calling on our talented community of artists and makers, including students and their families and our amazing teachers and EAs. All kinds of creative works welcome!

Some ideas :

Paintings, drawings, sculpture, ceramics, collage, photography, textiles, quilts, jewellery, hand-made books, craft
Works on paper – unframed is fine but please use good quality paper, or frame your work with a new or recycled frame

Artwork can be handed in at the school office during office hours, along with a completed donation form (available at the office).

A huge thanks to all those who came and contributed to the creative atmosphere in the art room on Sunday – whether you drew, collaged, sculpted or stitched. We’re particularly excited for all the clay creations and can’t wait to see them emerge from Nella’s kiln.

Pre-purchased wristbands: $35/$25 concession
Under 10s pre-purchased wristbands: $10/$5 concession
Wristbands purchased on market day: $40
Single rides on the day: $10/$5 under 10s

The inflatables and other rides are the most popular activities for kids at the market, and will run from 2–7pm. Pre-purchased wristbands can be collected on the day.
