Numeracy 

During Term 2, students will continue to strengthen their understanding of Number, with a particular focus on developing and consolidating strategies for solving multiplication and division problems. As the term progresses, they will extend their knowledge of multiples and factors, and later explore units on financial mathematics, properties of numbers, and BODMAS. Each week, one lesson will be dedicated to Geometry, Area and Perimeter, or Chance, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the Mathematics Curriculum. To support long‑term retention and deepen connections between concepts, each lesson will begin with a Daily Review, a five‑minute mini‑lesson revisiting previously taught skills and linking them to current learning.
