Inquiry

Our inquiry question this term is: ‘How do the changes in weather affect the environment?’ Children will explore and build an understanding of how weather influences and affects our daily lives. They will be able to communicate changes in weather that affect people and the environment. Throughout this unit of work we will explore the different types of weather and discuss the seasons and their characteristics. Students will develop their inquiry skills of observing, questioning, predicting, comparing and sorting information. Show and Share will also be an integral part of our inquiry unit this term. We will let you know what the topics for discussion will be at a later date.
