Leader of Year 12 (2026) Wellbeing

Mrs Michelle Aurelius

As we reach the end of the year and the first HSC Assessment block, it is a moment to pause, reflect and acknowledge the determination and resilience our students have shown throughout the year. This year has been a significant stepping stone - one marked by academic growth, newfound independence and confidence that has come from new found challenges.

Year 11 students have balanced coursework, exams, extra curricular commitments, friendships and the increasing expectations that have come with senior schooling. They have also taken important steps toward shaping their pathways beyond school and building habits that will carry them into Year 12 2026.

I am incredibly proud of the maturity and leadership many students have demonstrated, whether through supporting their peers, participating in school events, or contributing quietly and consistently to the positive culture of our Lasallian community. Their efforts - big and small - have not gone unnoticed.

As students look ahead to next year, I encourage all students to take a well-deserved break, recharge and return to school with a renewed sense of purpose. Their final year of schooling will be both challenging and rewarding, and I am confident that this cohort has the strength, creativity and drive to make it happen.

I wish all our students and families a safe and wholly Christmas and look forward to working with you all next year.

Warm regards

Mrs Michelle Aurelius
