Prep–2 Athletics Day Sports Day

Last week we held our annual Prep–2 Athletics Day, and what a fantastic day it was! From start to finish, our youngest students gave their absolute best. It was wonderful to see so much enthusiasm, effort, and big smiles right across the oval.

All of our events—sprints, relays, obstacle courses, long jump, bean-bag throws, and more—were filled with determination and energy. Every student had a go, encouraged their classmates, and showed great sportsmanship. It was especially impressive to see how many students challenged themselves and kept trying, even when events were new or tricky.

A huge highlight of the day was the incredible support from families. Thank you to all the parents, carers, and grandparents who came along to cheer, clap, and celebrate each achievement. Your encouragement made the day even more special for the kids.

We’d also like to thank the staff and student helpers who worked hard to set up, run each event, and keep everything moving smoothly.

Overall, it was a wonderful day of fun, participation, and community spirit. Well done to all our Prep–2 students—you should be very proud of your efforts.
