SCHOOL COUNCIL - wanna join?

Dear families,

School Council elections are now open for parents of children enrolled at PVNPS to be part of our school council. 

School Council is a great opportunity for all parents, but especially working parents as these meetings are after hours and only 8 spread across the year. 

This is a way to help and be part of the school community.  Your voice is important as you represent our students’ families. Parents do find the items discussed and the information shared rewarding and they feel like they know more about the school. As well as learning about the school and its programs and data, you learn more about your student’s education and the education system.

Meetings are held Mondays at 6pm – 8pm (sometimes we finish earlier) and you can attend in person or via online. It is usually a two-year term, however, of course this is all voluntary.  We have FOUR vacancies to be filled.

If you require any further information, then please contact the school and someone will ring you back to discuss or just discuss this with me. 

Nomination forms are at the office and are easy to fill in.
