EISM Winter Season Finals

The EISM Winter Season wrapped up on Wednesday 28 August with three of our Senior teams finishing as premiers. Congratulations to our Girls and Boys Netball teams and our Girls Badminton team for winning their EISM season. Our Badminton boys finished as runners-up in their final match against Tintern.

The Netball finals were played at Oxley and our netballers did not disappoint with the girls winning 30 – 20 against a strong team from Plenty Valley Christian College. The boys had a convincing win over Rudolf Steiner with a final score of 47 – 25.

The Badminton Girls won their finals against Tintern 10 – 2. Congratulations to all three premier teams and our Badminton Boys team for playing in the Grand Finals.

After the Grand Finals students were acknowledged for their contribution to our Senior Winter Season with nominated students from each participating team receiving a Most Valuable Team Player (MVP) and Best Team Player (BTP) medal from Dr Peck during a Sport Assembly on Court 3 in the Stadium. This concluded our team sport this year for our Seniors (Year 10 to 12). Year 11 and 12 students will focus on their studies for final exams while the Year 10s will participate in a special program on Wednesday afternoons.
