Co-curricular - Junior Sport Stage 3

Week 1, Term 3

Welcome back to Term 3. I hope that everyone had an enjoyable break and come back ready for another exciting term of learning.

This term sees the Co-Curricular Program slow down a little. We only have three rounds remaining of Winter sport and then are quickly into the Athletics Season. Typically, this season is short as well, with only a handful of carnivals to attend. This affords us a few weeks grace before re-commencing the Summer season in Term 4.

This term, there will be a knockout chess competition held at lunchtimes. Boys that are interested need to sign an Expression of Interest Form. This form can be found outside my office at Recess and Lunch and will be available all this week. Boys will then be informed of the draw and days of play.

As previously mentioned, we will soon be entering the Athletics Season. Boys will be selected to represent the College on their performances at the annual House Athletics Carnival held on Wednesday 24 July.
