2024 Victoria Zoo Youth Program

We are thrilled to announce that Jeremy was selected for the 2024 Victoria Zoo Youth Program which has been running over the past month! This incredible program is designed to help students like Jeremy develop tangible and usable science skills while growing as leaders in a collaborative group environment.

Throughout this program, Jeremy had the opportunity to learn from experienced zoo mentors and was supported in undertaking a science research project aimed at informing a wildlife conservation project. This is a fantastic chance for Jeremy to contribute to meaningful conservation efforts and gain invaluable experience.

Australian Teachers of Dancing State Championships

Congratulations to our talented Lakeside students for their outstanding performances at the Australian Teachers of Dancing State Championships last week!

The Championship consisted of two components: an unseen class with the adjudicator and a solo performance the next day, each accounting for 50% of their scores.

Your dedication, hard work, and passion truly shone on stage. We are incredibly proud to announce that our students received the following placings:

Victorian Junior Ballet Championship

1st: Kayla M

2nd: Kalarni B

Congratulations to both girls, who will move on to represent Victoria in the Australasian Finals next month in South Australia.

South East Juniors (SEJ) Interleague 

Kiara (Year 11) has been selected for the South East Juniors (SEJ) Interleague Division 1 - U16 Girls for the '2024 WorkSafe AFL Victoria Representative Games.

Her dedication, hard work at training and stellar performances on game day have been rightfully recognized.
