Contact Details

If you've recently moved, changed contact details, or your circumstances have changed, it's important to let us know. This includes your email address, address, phone number, and/or medical details. Please make your changes via Operoo and also to stbedesadmin@stbedes.catholic.edu.au 

Student Absentees & Appointments

Parent notification is required when your son is absent, arriving late, leaving early or has planned absences. Parents must notify the College prior to 9am via PAM. 

Should students arrive after 8.40am, they must sign in at Student Services. 

Parents will receive an SMS if their child is absent from his morning Homeroom or Tutor Group roll call. 

Student Drop Off & Pick Up

If you are taking your son to and from school, we encourage you to arrange an appropriate location away from the immediate surrounding streets to alleviate any traffic congestion. 

Please do not use the Campus car parks or Mentone RSL for this purpose. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Early Dismissal Days

In accordance with policies of Catholic Education Melbourne, St Bede’s College is committed to providing sufficient time and resources so that our teachers can continue to learn and provide the best possible learning environment for each student.

As per previous years, our teachers will continue to dedicate fortnightly sessions to collaborative professional learning. This will occur on Day 8 of the College timetable, which falls every second Wednesday. On this day, students will be dismissed at 2pm. 

The Resource Centre remains open for students to complete private study.  

Canteen

At both Campuses, our College Canteen offers a great range of fresh, seasonal and convenient food at very good value. See the 2024 Canteen Menu here. 

From freshly made soups, sandwiches and wraps, toasted croissants, classic meat pies and sausage rolls, to nachos or yoghurt and granola bowls, there’s lots to choose from.
