Importance is placed on becoming a functional member of a sporting team, using feedback to improve the skills learnt in each unit and exhibiting Kingdom values as they engage with their teammates, the opposition and umpires. Sports and activities used to teach the curriculum include, but are not limited to, dance, soccer, volleyball, netball, basketball, softball, cricket, AFL and cooperative games.

There are four Health units (one per term) that focus on developing the students' understanding of their social, emotional and physical health. The topics taught in Health include: First Aid (including SunSmart behaviour), Puberty - the changing body, Mental Health and the Benefits of Physical Activity.
