College Computer Audit
Trinity College conducted a computer audit of College-owned student computers over the Christmas school holidays
In the coming weeks parents/carers may receive an invoice billed to your child’s school fees account for any missing parts or damage incurred to your child’s College Computer that was found during the audit.
Families are reminded that, as outlined in the Trinity College Colac Computer Loan Agreement: “Accidental damage to the device will result in a $100 excess fee being charged to cover damage. Damage not considered accidental and not forming a part of a warranty claim will result in the full cost of the repairs being passed on to parent/carer.”
Edrolo/ VET Fees/Distance Education
Parents/carers may also receive an invoice billed to their school fees account for the following:
- Edrolo – parents/carers who did not pay for online access.
- VET Fees – parents/carers with outstanding fees for VET courses and/or associated costs
- Distance Education – parents/carers with students enrolled in Distance Education will receive an invoice for reimbursement of costs, as per the Trinity College 2024 Curriculum Guide.
