We're excited to share the latest from our Year 4 classrooms, where students have embarked on a journey of exploration and discovery as part of the Primary Years Programme (PYP). Recently, our Year 4 teachers crafted an engaging provocation to ignite students' curiosity and tune them into their new unit of inquiry on ‘waste’. Through thought-provoking discussions and hands-on activities, students delved into the significance of waste in our world and its impact on the environment. The key takeaway from this provocation was the empowerment of students to recognise the simple, yet impactful changes that they can make in their daily lives to reduce their waste footprint. As our young learners continue to delve deeper into this important topic, we look forward to witnessing their growth as responsible global citizens.
