Kingston Division Cross Country

The organisers did a great job of selecting clear skies and perfect running weather for the Division Cross Country event. Representatives from 60 schools took part in the Division Cross country and each race had around 80 runners, making for a crowded start and a few spills. The track around the lake had asphalt and gravel tracks to follow, two hills to climb and a short stretch of grass for the final 50m to the finish line. 

Congratulations to all our students for making their way to the Division final. Competing against such a high level of running ability takes courage and preparation. 

The Region final at Hastings will see three runners from Beaumaris Primary take part. Congratulations to Pax H, Alannah H and Persia K.
