National Simultaneous Storytime – Wednesday May 22nd

On Wednesday we celebrated National Simultaneous Storytime. 

Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country. 

This year the story was Bowerbird Blues by Aura Parker.

Mrs Ellis and student leaders conducted a great session in our school library during B1 where students could listen to this special story and create a wonderful bowerbird.
