Sustainability at NMPS

ResourceSmart Schools program

North Melbourne Primary School is actively participating in the ResourceSmart Schools program, a Victorian Government initiative that helps schools become more sustainable. 

Through this program, we have been working to reduce waste, save energy and water, and increase biodiversity within our school community. 

Thanks to the efforts of students and staff, we are close to achieving our first star! 

This will mark an important milestone in our schools sustainability journey. 

We would love for families to get involved to help to continue improving our sustainability in to the future.
