Major Works on Roslyn Road – Plan your route

Next week major works to the Roslyn Road and Thornhill Road intersection will begin. This will impact the route you take in dropping off and picking up your child(ren). I have received the following guidelines from City of Greater Geelong.

• For Safety, the school requests that you do not U Turn in front of the school or school carpark. 
• Parents will continue to access the school drop‑off and pick‑up area in front of the school via Glenmire Street when travelling from Barrabool Road. After drop off or pick up please continue your journey down Roslyn Road. 
• For parents approaching the school drop off and pickup area opposite the school from the east (via Roslyn Road, South Valley Road or North Valley Road), please continue your journey up Roslyn Road and use  Remory Avenue or Glemire Street. 
• In the marked‑up image below, the red area indicates the road closure .

Please refer this traffic guidance scheme when planning trips, noting that changes may be made to detour routes as needed by construction team.
