School Fees 2025 

St Mary's, alongside Catholic Education Sandhurst, is finalising the 2025 school year fees. These fees will be made available to our families alongside our fee collection process and policy. At all times St Mary's strives to ensure fees are manageable to our families. Please also see correspondence from CESL supporting families with current Health Care cards for the 2025 school year. 

FEES - 2024

Thank you to all families ongoing commitments to regularly paying school fees. St Mary’s will continue to follow our fee policy and procedures in support of all families. It is anticipated that annual fees will be paid prior to the end of the school year. 

2025 school fees will be made available to families in early December. 

If at anytime families have a change in financial circumstance, or need to discuss commitments with Jasmine Ryan the Principal, please contact the office.

St Mary’s Fee Policy & Procedure…

It is an expectation and commitment as signed on enrolment that families that can afford to pay school fees in full need to meet their financial obligation to the School. Low-income families who are experiencing financial hardship are able to apply for fee concessions and pay what they can actually afford after formalising arrangements with the School. Therefore it is an expectation that all families will contribute towards school fees.

If at any time St Mary’s families are experiencing financial hardships that challenge your ability to pay school fees, please make an appointment to discuss your needs with the Principal.
