‘Use your student voice!’

Hi everyone, 

This is just a quick reminder from the Student Representative Council. Next Thursday, the 5th of December, the SRC have organised the Jeans for Genes Fundraiser. We would like ALL students and teachers to come to school dressed in their best denim. We want to see denim jeans, shorts, waist coats, headbands, dresses and even double denim! We would love everyone to bring a gold coin donation so that we can raise money for this essential children’s charity.

The families of the 1 in 20 children facing a birth defect or genetic disease are used to hearing words like “incurable” or “lifelong effects”. Your support helps the scientists at the Children’s Medical Research Institute find cures, so these children and millions more like them can go back to being kids.
