Grade 2 Report
As we race towards the end of the year, the Grade 2 children have been cramming in lots of stuff. The swimming program is nearing the end. The students have worked hard, had some fun and got plenty of practice organising their own belongings.
The Me on the Map presentations have been completed. Aided by posters, PowerPoints and other artefacts, students helped others improve their grasp of Australian and global geography. It is always interesting, informative and fun to learn about the families of our classmates.
Speaking to an audience is an important skill to practise, but can be daunting for most people, particularly children of this age. So well done to everyone for getting up and giving it a go.
Below are some pictures from the presentations.
Now the excitement can start building for the Fun Day next week, as well as starting to think about life in Grade 3.
