School Fees
A reminder to please finalise all outstanding school fees, especially to families who are not returning next year.

Late Attendance
If children arrive at school after 8:45 am they must be signed in by their parent and take a Late Pass to give to their teacher. Failure to do this will possibly trigger an SMS to the Parent as an unexplained absence.

School Hours
Our school day begins at 8:45 a.m. By this time, all students should be in their Classrooms, ready for the day.
Our school day finishes at 3.15pm and all students are expected to be collected by 3.30pm.
If this is not possible, you will need to make alternative arrangements, such as the OSHC program run by Youth Leadership Victoria.
Children should not be left unsupervised on school grounds.

School Absentee notification
If your child will not be attending school you must notify the office by 9.30am on the day they will be away. The preferred method is to use the Audiri App and the eform Absentee Form.
The other method is to ring the school office on 9551 5094 and choose option 1 to leave a message or send an email to office@saclaytonsth.catholic.edu.au
An SMS will be sent to parents that have not advised the school. This is a legal requirement.
