The second meeting with the Architects for the Schools Upgrade fund is happening today. As mentioned in other newsletters the goal is to change all cyclone wire fences in the perimeter of the school with pool fencing. The pool fence gates have been a challenge this year so we will ensure the robustness of the supporting posts is increased for the external gates. 

Part of the project will be to re-establish the outdoor gym where fixed equipment e.g. bike and cross trainer will provide exercise as well as self regulation activities for the students.

The gym has been out of action for a little while as some stray balls hit and dislodged the ceiling lights. Regular electrician ladders are not high enough so we had to organise a scissor lift to make the repairs. At the same time, reinforcement of the other lights has been carried out.
